Mayville Flats’
clubhouse is your place to enjoy the peace and
quiet of country living.
The new 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom clubhouse
provides you with all the comforts and
convenience of home. The clubhouse features an
18’ Granite bar surrounding a completely
furnished kitchen with all new appliances. The
main floor has a comfortable living room area
with satellite television. There is a large
master bedroom with its own private bathroom on
the main floor, and it is wheelchair accessible.
Off the main floor is almost 400 sq ft of deck
space to relax on, enjoy the sunsets or bar-b-que.
The second floor has three bedrooms, and a large
full bathroom. Two of the rooms have a double
and twin bed in each room. The third upstairs
room has a queen sized bed and a great view.
Along with the clubhouse we have a heated
indoor/outdoor kennel for your dog if you wish
to bring them. There is no charge for using the
kennel.
There is a 13 station sporting clays course
available year round. The course features some
targets that one may encounter in the field
hunting upland birds, while the other half of
the course has all the trick targets that can
humble any shooter. Sporting clays are available
by appointment at $15.00 per round of 50, or
$25.00 per round of 100.
